Local Cars take all complaints seriously as it is vital to offer our customers the best service possible.

If you have a problem with the service, drivers or you have been overcharged, contact our head office branch on 01274 690 612 and ask for business manager Paul or email us directly at info@localcarsbradford.com so we can log your complaint.

Our aim is to make sure the journey for our customers is safe, quick, efficient and stress free so we guarantee that we will try our best to deal with all complaints appropriately.

If you feel that you have been overcharged, please take a receipt off the driver and log the complaint with us in the manner requested above and we will look into this for you.

We will acknowledge the complaint received within 24 hours and our aim is to deal with this complaint as quickly as possible once we have all the relevant information.

If you are not happy with the answer you receive or problem reoccurs then you can contact the private hire hackney unit on 01274 433821 to speak to one of the enforcement officers.
